How to Use Templates in Text Messages?
From the left sidebar, go to the Phone Hub module and click on Text Messages.
Select the conversation thread where you want to text and follow these steps to deploy a pre-saved template:

Open the template selector: In the bottom bar of your chat view, right below the main text input area, click the gray Templates button

Search or select a template: A modal window will pop up showing your available library of saved text layouts. You can use the top Search template input box to look up a specific title or simply browse the list.

Insert into chat: Click directly on the template entry you need (e.g., “Welcome Message” or “Follow Up”). The structured response will instantly populate your message drafting box, allowing you to tweak or review the content before hitting send.
