- Prevented credential restore from leaving unreadable or incomplete values.
- Prevented activating a payment gateway with no keys for its selected mode, and prevented deleting the keys of a gateway in use.
Fixed
Fixes for reported errors or bugs.
- Tasks: Fixed completed tasks in the timeline showing another status; the submit button being hidden when many images were attached; other users seeing projects not assigned to them; reject observations not saving; an error when deselecting all statuses; task reminder emails failing; and the project filter list closing when selecting projects.
- Contacts: Fixed adding a phone number, last name not appearing, and label changes affecting all related contacts when editing; incorrect states listed from other countries; label not changing when assigned; editing a business from the Customer role; linking when creating a contact from Users; and limited bulk selection to the current page. Added editable Label and Source selectors.
- CRM: Fixed contact editing from the CRM.
- Agentic Ailune / Ailune Agent: Fixed a pagination offset error and website scanning so repeated content is not charged and results stay within the 500k character budget.
- Booking Hub: Fixed the order and saving of tracking pixels, isolated tracking between logged-in sessions and simultaneous conversions, and fixed cut-off names. Added form feedback for missing required fields.
- Site Builder: Fixed truncated imported HTML, added a source code editor, kept imported styles in revision history, restored imported-page settings (including from published revisions), and reinforced tracking and analytics edge cases and the HTML import process.
- Phone Hub: Fixed Studio Flow report styling, safer Bits handling for SMS/MMS billing (reservations, retries, repeated charges, pending reviews, and provider limits), the SMS campaign second step blocking, an error in SMS tasks, and contact search in SMS now shows people and businesses and their relationships. Shows a clear notice on web and mobile when the call service key cannot be read.
- Cybix AI: Fixed revoked-access handling in web, mobile, and the widget; model selection unified across web, mobile, and dashboard; model and rate validation; reading of referenced files with safe previews; remote images without an extension; rejecting BMP images; avoiding attaching historical files to unrelated queries; preventing duplicate responses or charges for the same turn; billing and history of stopped responses; CRM-related failures; and missing Spanish translations.
- Video Meeting: Fixed syncing and access to Google Meet recordings and transcripts (links are now saved so they keep working after 30 days, with a clear message for older meetings); automated Zoom syncing and fixed access by owner and creation from Booking Hub; secure Zoom downloads; and made recording and transcription optional for Google Meet and Zoom.
- EngageDesk: Fixed unsubscribe links being lost after recipient cleanup; scheduled campaigns being re-checked before sending; bounces linked to the correct email; test email links; campaign steps' "Next" button and toolbar layout; reply order; contact status; test preview personalization; sharing campaigns with Super Administrators; code showing on reload; the audience label window loading too many contacts; the editor layout after releasing editing; and an error when viewing a sent campaign without open tracking. Fixed "Summarize thread" charging twice, long threads keeping the most recent messages, and Gmail notifications during an ongoing sync. Added a campaign replies page and the ability to exclude contacts by label.
- Notes: Fixed errors when opening a file from "Cloud Files Activity".
- ClockEase & Payrolls: Fixed an error when generating a draft payroll after running payroll.
- Billing: Added a notice at card checkout when payments are not configured, and avoided errors on the payment gateway page when no keys are saved.
- Base System: Fixed module access and catalog handling (including showing locked modules in the paid catalog), Cloud Files improvements (create folders for everyone, rename files, folder sizes), the new-user notification email, missing icons, showing the workspace's own email configuration, saving keys exactly as typed (including special characters), the client portal after merging contacts (showing all businesses and merged records across invoices, quotes, notes, and files, and joining "Emails we sent you" into "Email Preferences"), and a visual error when no card exists for purchasing a module.
