How to manage a cloud file?
From the left sidebar, select the “Notes & Cloud Files” module. Then click the “Cloud Manager” button.
On the left side select the contact or business to view all the files attached from the different modules. Then you can perform one of these actions in the Action column:
- Preview the file
- Download the file
- Move the file
