How to download an invoice as a PDF?
From the left sidebar, select the Billing module to open the main financial dashboard and invoicing workspace.
Scroll down to the invoices directory list and locate the specific billing record you wish to download. Navigate to the far right side of that entry row under the actions column and click on the dark blue Actions dropdown button.
From the contextual menu that appears directly underneath, click the PDF option. The platform will automatically compile and download the selected invoice document directly onto your device as a PDF file.
