How do I mark a text message as unread?
From the left sidebar, click on the Phone Hub module. Once inside, click the “Text Messages” button located on the right side of the screen.
To flag a specific communication piece, locate the target text message bubble inside the active chat history screen. Hover your cursor over the message box to reveal the context action shortcuts.
Click the small envelope with a checkmark icon appearing on the lower right corner of that message bubble to toggle its status. Once clicked, the platform will mark the conversation as unread, which you can verify by checking that the red notification counter badge has appeared or increased next to the contact profile row in the inbox list.
