How can I manage sms templates?
From the left sidebar, locate the Module Manager area, expand the Phone Hub section, and click on SMS Templates to open the library management workspace.
To register a completely new message pattern, navigate to the upper right corner of the dashboard screen and click the green Create template button to launch the entry wizard.
Alternatively, you can organize your reusable replies into dedicated directories using the Organize templates section on the left. To group your workflows, enter a category name in the “Folder name” field, select a visual tag color, add an internal note in the “Description” box, and click the blue Create folder button to establish your new directory.
