How to convert a client into a prospect to sell another product?
In the CRM module, click the “Add Lead” button. A dropdown menu will appear—click on the “Add Client as Lead” option. Select the client(s) you want to convert into leads, and don’t forget to choose the product or service you want to sell. Then, click “Register in CRM” to create a prospect from the existing client.
