How can I manage prospect events and activities?
Once the “CRM” menu is expanded under the “Module Manager”, click on “Activities/Events” to open the activity and event management page. A list of events and activities will be displayed. Click the “Create Activity/Event” button to open a form and register a new entry. You can also edit existing ones by clicking the “Edit” button in the list.
